Article 49 Once Saved Always Saved

ONCE SAVED< ALWAYS SAVED? NOT SO CONTINUES …

ARTICLE 49 BY DAVID L MATTHEWS

We will be on the subject of adding The blood covenant we missed when we were born again for sometime.

One of the years I was in Ghana, I was teaching in Evangelist Abora of Royals Evangelistic Ministry off the spintex road in Accra.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

i.e ‘that if thou shalt covenant with your mouth the Lord Yashua, and shalt believe in thine heart that Yahweh hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be made whole’

One of the brothers stood up and said, ‘Why not lead us in adding covenant now? I was not as prepared as I should have been, to lead the many that were attending the meeting. But I prayed with them.

Hebrews 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

Hebrews 4:4-16 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. [5]And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. [6]Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: [7]Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. [8]For if Jesus (Yashua) had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. [9]There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God (Elohim). 10]For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God (Elohim) did from his. [11]Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. [12]For the word of God (Yahweh, He who we were to enter into covenant with) is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. [13]Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. [14]Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus (Yashua) the Son of God (Yahweh), let us hold fast our profession. [15]For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. [16]Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

By the blood of Yahweh’s Lamb for us

Hebrews 10:16-23 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord (Yahweh), I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; [17]And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. [18]Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. [19]Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,(Yashua) [20]By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; [21]And having an high priest over the house of God;(Yahweh) [22]Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. [23]Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Romans 10:1-10 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God (Yahweh, the one we were supposed to make a blood covenant with) for Israel is, that they might be saved.(Make whole) [2]For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God (Yahweh), but not according to knowledge. [3]For they being ignorant of God's (Yahweh) righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. [4]For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. [5]For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. [6]But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) [7]Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) [8]But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; [9]That if thou shalt confess (make a covenant) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus (Yashua), and shalt believe in thine heart that God (Yahweh) hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Made whole). [10]For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession (Covenant) is made unto salvation (Rescue safety, physically or morally).

Matthew 14:1-11 ]At that time Herod the tetrarch heard of the fame of Jesus, [2]And said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him. [3]For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife. [4]For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her. [5]And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet. [6]But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod. [7]Whereupon he promised (Verbal agreement, as to a contract) with an oath to give her whatsoever she would ask. [8]And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.[9]And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her.[10]And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison. [11]And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
