Once Saved Always Saved Doctrine

We are continuing with the subject of Once Saved Always Saved.

For the new readers there is a difference between being born again and being saved.

Those of us that were born again didn’t understand what the word saved meant. We missed out on entering into a covenant to be made whole. In Romans 10:9 it says if we make a binding agreement or covenant we shall be made whole.

Jesus was the Lamb. His name means Yahweh is Salvation. His Hebrew name is Yashua.  It means the Covenant Keeping God is Salvation. He took on all of our sins, sickness, and diseases, and by His blood we enter into the New Covenant.

Romans 10:9-10 (KJV) 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

With the mouth covenant is made for rescue, safety; physically or morally, saving health, deliverance. This is the meaning of the word salvation. When people get born again they say they got saved but the word saved is being misused. When we were born again we should have entered into a covenant to be made whole.

There are people who teach Once Saved Always Saved and that is not true. Later, I will explain there are things you can do that will hinder the benefits of your salvation.

Psalm 103:1-2 (KJV) 1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases. You cannot deliberately walk in sin and expect for there to be forgiveness. I want to relate a couple experiences along those lines.

In my early twenties, the Lord started working with me and I began going around ministering. He gave me a dream. I was standing a street and the street was empty. There were no vehicles and no people. I sensed a man standing behind me very close. I didn’t like it so I moved away from him. Again, he moved close behind me. I thought he was going to pick my pocket: to steal my wallet. In the dream, I grabbed him by his arm and twisted it like you would twist a cloth to wring the water out. I looked in his face and thought this should hurt and he just submitted to it. On other side of me there was a women dressed in all beige with a beige scarf, coat, and pocketbook. In the dream, I was on the phone in a telephone booth. We used to have telephone booths here in America. I still had his arm and I was calling for the police. The operator said, “Where”? I said, “Newark.” Again, she said, “Where”?  And I said, “Newark.” Then dream the ended.

Sometime later I was passing out literature warning pastors who were teaching falsely about Paul’s thorn in the flesh. Pastors were teaching that God may want you sick for His glory; to keep you humble; or to keep you saved, and this teaching was robbing people of faith. I would go to conventions and pass out papers. At different times they would call a security guard and tell me that I would have to leave or be arrested. I would then stand outside the convention centers passing out literature to pastors and anyone else who would listen. Then I realized I was putting pastors on the spot; that it may be an embarrassment to them, so I started setting up meetings with them instead.

I set up one meeting in Newark, Ohio. By this time I had forgotten about the dream that I had earlier. I invited pastors to come and hear what the Lord had given me to say to them. I drove about 55 miles to Newark looking for a place to have the meeting. I could not find a place to meet and I ran into some racism there. On my way home I passed a Pentecostal Church of God. I thought I would stop in there and talk to the pastor. There was one car there. I entered in the church and the pastor was in his office. I started to tell him what I was doing and he interrupted me and said I believe you are here to start a church. He told me about an African Methodist Episcopal Church that got rid of their pastor who preached against sin and got a pastor who would allow the barkeeper to run the church.  He said he’d met a man name Melvin Royster and other members of the choir he’d had over to sing. He knew they should get out of their church but he didn’t want to invite them to join his church because he didn’t want to be accused of soliciting.

At this point I remembered my dream. I asked him for the man’s address. He gave me the address and I went over to the man’s home. It was on a dead end street with a major highway on the other side. Nobody was home so I waited in my van. After a while a car came and a woman got out. She had on a beige scarf, beige coat, and had a beige pocketbook. This is what I’d seen in the dream so I went over and talked to her. She said her husband wasn’t home so I made plans to come back. When I went back and met the man I immediately recognized him because it was his face I’d seen in the dream. He told me his testimony.  He’d been in various sins and was the lead singer in the choir. One Sunday he was leading the choir and looked out and saw the people rejoicing and the Lord had convicted him of his sins.

I told him what the Lord wanted me to tell him which was to get out of that church. He said if he got out the twelve other people that used to party with him would come out of that church too and he would be accused of splitting the church. I told him I would come over and teach him and the Lord would help him raise up a church in his home.

He called the people together at his home and I told them my dream. They laughed at it and didn’t believe it. Another time, he invited the pastor over to meet with me. As I quoted the scripture saying if you practice these sins, as it says in Galatians, you will not get your inheritance. He said that is your interpretation. As I quoted other scriptures he again said that is your interpretation. I looked over at Melvin to see if he understood this man was totally wrong. I left the small church I was pastoring to go over and teach Melvin and encourage him to come out of that church. Every time he would say pray for me I’ll be accused of splitting the church. We switched from his house to his mother-in-law’s house. After a while, things just got worse and worse and I quit going.

A year later, I went to Newark to pick up a hunting dog. I decided to go by his house again to see if he had ever come out of that church and see how he was doing.  He still had not come out of the church and still was stating how he would be accused of splitting the church. I told him you know how I got here. You know what the Lord said. I won’t pray for you anymore and I won’t come back. I went out to my van and started to leave and the Lord told me to back and tell him to get out the stakes were him and his family’s lives. I told him and he got out. He joined a different church in Columbus, Ohio.

Revelation 2:5 tells us how the Lord told that church he would remove their candlestick.

Revelation 2:5 (KJV) 5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

here are a lot of churches that believe in once saved always saved. They say you can sin and just say the Lord’s Prayer at the end of the day. That is not repentance. The spirit of the Lord has left many churches that have taught this.

My assistant secretary came to me one time and wanted to give me sex. She said she wanted to give me something good. She said the Lord would forgive us. That is not the way to look at it. That is not forgiveness. You can’t really be repentant with type of attitude.

I had a seminar in Michigan, in the United States. I was teaching what the word saved meant.  There was a pastor from a brother’s church. This pastor got angry when his Sunday school teacher began to teach about the word saved. He put him out of the church. When I got back home to Ohio, the Lord sent me back up to Michigan. The Lord gave me a scripture about a lady named Susan who ministered to the needs of the apostles in the Lord. When I was in Michigan the first time I’d met a couple named Denis and Susan Thiss. I told them why I was passing out literature at restaurants and different places. Susan and her husband invited me to come to their home. I taught until 1:30 in the morning. I had discernment that Susan had psychiatric problems. I didn’t want to pray for her and I didn’t want her to hurt herself; I wanted to go back and finish the teaching we started. So I went back to her house. Prior to this visit she’d told me her ex-husband had beaten her and broken seventeen bones in her body. For thirty years she could not move her head to the left or right or up and down. When I went back to her house the next morning, she showed me that she was able to move her head to the right and left and up and down. I thought the Lord has already done something; I’ll pray for her for bones. Then she threw away the pills for her psychiatric problem. She said for fourteen years she was been unable to sleep other than little naps. She was now sleeping very well at night.

When I went back to Michigan the Lord told me her name and said to stay with her. I would not have done that had the Lord not told me. I stayed for two and a half months in their basement. I went around to different restaurants, churches putting literature on cars. During my stay there she had left her Baptist church. The pastor came and tried to talk her into coming back. She said she wanted to be a part of Sozo Ministries. I had a feeling it wasn’t quite right. I didn’t see any harm in but I didn’t seek the Lord first and I agreed to it.  I signed a form under Sozo Ministries so she could continue the prison ministry that she had been doing under the other church.

At the end of my stay, I happened to be there when she was talking to one of the prisoners on the phone. I found out she had been having romantic relationships with prisoners. This one was threatening to blackmail her. She was pleading with him not to do it. Two prisoners were getting out of prison. One was black and one was white. She told me it was my time to go. They were going to stay in the basement. The black man was out first and he had renewed his walk with the Lord. When the white man was out of prison she would sit around with him holding his hand, hugging, and kissing him. She said she wanted to give them everything they didn’t have. In the meantime, her husband, who operated a body shop, was planning on teaching them how to repair damaged vehicles. Instead of being out there learning the white prisoner was in the house with her. I was there one time on one of my trips back to Michigan. The husband came in and was upset at what he saw. She said what is wrong with this?

When I went home I wrote her a letter and told her the thing that was wrong with her husband. Denis was jealous. She has no business hugging and kissing another man. Finally, Denis became angry enough that they got into an argument about it. The twenty-six year old man got angry and beat Denis up and broke his jaw.

Denis wanted to know what I wrote in the letter I sent to her. She lied to him and said I hurt her feelings. She should have repented but with her Baptist background believing in Once Saved Always Saved she didn’t. The message I sent her was to go and sin no more unless worse things come on you. A year later, she died of cancer. She should have repented and apologized to her husband and it would have been taken care of, but there was no repentance. You can’t depend on the teaching that you are going to go to heaven no matter what you are doing; it doesn’t work that way. People are not understanding when it comes to Once Saved Always Saved it really doesn’t mean once you are made whole you are always made whole. There are various scriptures that talk about hindering the benefits of your rescue and safety; your salvation.

In 1 Corinthians 10 it talks about how the rich ate and how the poor ate at communion. It says many are weak and sickly and dying prematurely because you have a responsibility to the poor brother or sister. I will get into that more later.

In the old covenant they made a covenant for salvation. In the new covenant we by grace, not by the works of the law, enter into a blood covenant with the Father through the blood of the Lamb to be made whole. The Lamb took on our sins and sickness.

The book of Revelation speaks about the angel going about with the everlasting gospel. The Lord wants to shape His people up and get them to the point of understanding correctly about entering into covenant. There is a time coming where you will have to totally depend on Him for three and a half years for healing, deliverance, vision, and everything you need. You will not be able to buy or sell without the chip or mark of the beast.

The teaching of Once Saved Always Saved is one more deception from the devil. I encourage you to read the past newspaper articles about the word save. Study the list that was provided for your learning. Keep that list so you can follow what the word saved means. Open your eyes to see we who got born again need to enter into a covenant to be made whole. The angel in Revelation is preaching the everlasting gospel. It never was come to Jesus and get ready to die. It was come to Him that runs to save us and deliver us. He is there at our time of need to heal us. We should die of old age like Abraham did. We shouldn’t die of cancer or other sicknesses or diseases. We will continue this again.
